The Pokémon Company

Featuring a splendid illustration by Mitsuhiro Arita, this clever and elusive Water-type Pokémon is notoriously difficult to track down in pristine condition due to extreme period print scarcity. Housed securely inside an AiGrading rigid anti-impact case, this specimen achieves an impressive overall 9 Mint grade, highlighted by pristine 9.5 scores across overall, front, and back surfaces as well as back borders, alongside solid 9 sub-grades for overall borders, front borders, and all angles. An exceptional, highly coveted masterpiece that adds remarkable presence and prestige to any high-end vintage collection.
