The Pokémon Company

Formulating the essential tactical backbone of competitive play from the legendary EX Team Rocket Returns expansion (2004), this vintage Trainer duo pairs two highly pivotal utility cards: Rocket's Admin. #86/109, illustrated by Ken Sugimori with a notable aesthetic cameo of Persian alongside Team Rocket leadership, and Rocket's Hideout #87/109, rendered in a sleek 3D architectural perspective by Ryo Ueda. Encased and protected individually within AiGrading rigid anti-impact slabs, both cards achieve top-tier 9 Mint overall grades. Their technical condition is anchored by standout sub-grades, highlighted by a perfect 10 for front borders on Rocket's Admin. and uniform 9.5 scores across surfaces and overall borders for both pieces, offering an indispensable, high-grade technical set for serious vintage Pokémon collectors.
