A pet shop and adjoining townhouse create a lively neighbourhood scene in this 2,016-piece set with 4 minifigures. The residential building is still being decorated: a painter with a roller and a partially painted wall turn an unfinished room into a small story of moving in.

Its two buildings stand on separate narrow bases, allowing them to swap places or sit apart among other modulars—a particularly useful feature when arranging a growing street. Retired in 2016, Pet Shop offers collectors two complementary façades and an intimate glimpse of everyday life within the Modular Buildings collection.

New and sealed. May show minor signs of shelf wear. Creases on the box.
