Piety with angels

Oval bronze plaque with light brown patina; mm 117.9 x 87.6; gr 103.5.


In the center, the dead Christ lying on the ground: behind him is Mary sitting on the ground, bent over to hold his arm and flanked by two winged angels holding the shroud, behind the cross, on the grassy ground of the nails. Border with laurel wreath and vegetal motifs.
