Nino Franchina was an Italian artist and sculptor who first exhibited at the age of twenty at the III Exhibition of the Fascist Union of Fine Arts of Sicily. In the 1930s, he participated in several national exhibitions, including those in Florence and Catania. He later focused on monumental constructions and increased his participation in national and international art events. In 1975, an anthological exhibition was dedicated to him at the VII Biennale of Metal Art in Gubbio.
