Portrait of the actor Tristano Martinelli, inventor of Harlequin, based on a subject by Domenico Fetti, from the collection “Recueil d'Estampes d'apres les plus beaux tableaux ... qui sont en France” printed and published in Paris in 1729 (Cabinet Crozat).
A very fine impression on laid paper with watermark (Colombaia). In excellent condition except for light browning along the edges.
