Yulong Mountain is a sacred site for the Naxi people of the Yunnan region of China. The artist is one of the leading exponents of Naxi culture and a pioneer of Dongba-style painting. He has exhibited at the Asian Art Museum in Nice, the Champollion Museum – Writings of the World, and the Capitolare Museum in Atri.
