Dutch inlaid trumeau, Netherlands, 18th century
Height x width x depth: 230 x 106 x 54 cm
entirely inlaid with floral and plant motifs, typical of the Northern European furniture tradition. The cornice is undulating, shaped, and broken, centered by a cartouche inlaid with a basket of flowers.

The upper section opens with two large, contoured doors; the lower section features a pull-down compartment and a slanted flap door (scarabattolo). The base is ornate and consists of drawers arranged in multiple tiers. The upper section requires restoration with veneer panels, as does the interior of the flap door.
