A pair of square-based candelabra in marble and gilded bronze, resting on spinning-top-shaped feet; the patinated bronze shafts depict two cherubs supporting the upper section with five flames. The clock, with a rectangular base in marble and gilded bronze, rests on spinning-top-shaped feet and is surmounted by a bronze vase. The white ceramic dial, decorated with polychrome festoons, features Roman numerals and gilded hands, and is signed โH.Journet & Cie, B.d des Italiens 24, Paris.โ The movement features a pendulum regulator and strikes the hours and half-hours on a bell.
