A fine decoration depicting Juno seated on an architectural element with a sceptre in hand and a peacock, one of her attributes, behind her. Probably a part of a furniture decoration.
This small object represents the creative taste of the eighteenth century, and is characterised by fine gilding (with some slight wears).
