Sterling silver and yellow guilloché enamels case with side floral decorations. Gilded dial with Arabic numerals and black hour markers bearing the iscriptions "8 Days - Swiss made". Fully hallmarked Birmingham 1929-1930, silversmith Alexander Clark & Co Ltd. Alexander Clark & Co Ltd., founded by Alexander Clark in 1891, was a renowned British silverware company with a significant history. The company had offices in London and Birmingham, two of the main centers for silverware production in England.
Item condition grading: **** good. The case of the clock is in a good state of preservation with the normal wear and defects commensurate with its age and use over time. The watch movement is currently working but may requires a technical service; defects on the watch glass.
