        	Shoe-shaped silver case with guilloché enamels in shades of blue; the top features two flaps concealing the white enamel dial with Arabic numerals and black hour markers. Time setting and winding with a key.
Hallmarked on the underside with the "Boar's Head" mark, a small guarantee for silver items used in France since 1838, and with the mark of Parisian silversmith Gérain Amond in a lozenge, represented by a five-pointed star between the initials A G.
Kendall was founded in 1820 in Paris, France. The company was known for its luxury watches and fine jewelry, serving a prestigious clientele. It was located at 17 Rue de la Paix, a renowned address for high-end timepieces and jewelry in Paris.
Item condition grading: **** good.
The case of the clock is in a good state of preservation with the normal wear and defects commensurate with its age and use over time.
