Successor edition (the first of 1722) of the book famous throughout the world for having inspired the very young printer and future founding father of the USA Benjamin Franklin (1706-1790) to compose one of his first works, the unobtainable Dissertation on Liberty. A good copy, with heraldic bookplate of Beilby Thompson of Escrick.
