Length: 52 cm. Weight: 85 g; weight with case: 220 g.
ebonised wood shaft  with smooth handle, central detail and sterling silver finial. The inscription in the centre reads: ‘PRESENTED TO BANDMASTER J. SADLER. FROM MEMBERS OF J. S. BAND OCT. 2ND 1913’.
Sterling silver, fully hallmarked with the marks used in London in 1908-09, silversmith Oskar Olsen.
Accompanied by original case.
