Lot of two prints. Etching, 377 x 230 mm (plate); 460 x 310 mm (sheet). Plates 17 and 118 from "Il Claustro di San Michele in Bosco”, published in Bologna by Marc'Antonio Fabbri in 1694. Bartsch XIX.428.37 and 38.
Fine examples printed on thin laid paper with watermarks (Three Moons and Letters bv with clover – Heawood 3100), datable to the 17th century. Large margins preserved. One sheet with a loss on the lower margin, restored. Uneven edges, with some short tears. Some creases and traces of soiling on the margins. However overall in good condition.
