A pair of italian solid silver candelsticks, Rome, 1815-1838

Height x diameter: 26 x 10 cm. Total weight: 345 g.
Circular foot with vertical ribs and beaded rim, smooth shaft, decorated on top with incised festoons.

Hallmarked with the chamber marks in use in Rome after 1815 for silver at the 10-ounce and 16-denier fineness (889/1000), silversmith Cappelletti Antonio, active with this mark from 1815 to 1838.
