Gold and diamond snuff box with watch, early 20th century

Height x width x depth: 2.5 x 10.5 x 4.3 cm. Weight: 135 g.
In 14k yellow gold, cylindrical and elliptical in shape, it features fine guilloché work, interspersed with smooth vertical bands. At the ends, it is adorned with two horizontal garlands of finely chased leaves. In the centre, the opening is embellished with a white gold detail set with rose-cut diamonds.
At either end is a double-bottomed compartment that can be opened and a second double-bottomed compartment with a snap-on opening on which is integrated a watch with a rose-cut diamond bezel and a dial with Roman numerals.
Apparently not hallmarked: verified with XRF spectrometer is guaranteed to be gold at the approximate fineness of 585 ‰ (ca. 14k)
