Trophy reproducing the RIMET Cup, for the 1950 FIFA World Cup, won by the Uruguay team.

Trophy made of bronze, mounted on a wooden stand, awarded to each player and staff member of the URUGUAY team (World Cup winners in 1930 and 1950).

This trophy belonged to Washington Ortuño (Montevideo, May 13, 1928 – September 15, 1973), a Uruguayan footballer, as indicated on the plaque attached to the base. It is the same size as the original cup, reproduced in half-circle, and is extremely rare, considering that the Rimet Cup has been discontinued since 1970 and has been replaced by the current FIFA trophy.
In excellent condition.

The cup measures approximately 23 x 11 cm and the wooden stand approximately 28 x 19 cm.
