Black and white photograph on glossy paper, beautiful portrait of Leni Riefensthal (Helene Bertha Amalie Riefenstahl - Berlin, August 22, 1902 – PΓΆcking, September 8, 2003), the most famous German director of the 1930s, who in 1938 won the Mussolini Cup at the Venice Film Festival with her feature film Olympia, a long documentary about the 1936 Berlin Olympics.
Dedication and autograph signature in black ink, signed in Rome in September 1938. Measures approximately 17 x 23.5 cm.

Official stamp of OLYMPIA - DER FILM VON DEN OLYMPISCHEN SPIELEN - BERLIN 1936 and agency notes on the reverse. In excellent condition.
