Woodcut, approx. 202 x 307 mm. (each sheet). Three woodcuts taken from Federico Grisone’s work “Hippokomike. Kunstlicher Bericht und allerzierlichste Beschreybung des Edlen, Vesthen und Hochberühmten…”, first published in Augsburg by Michael Manger in 1570.
Proofs printed on thin laid paper, with German text on the verso. With later hand-colouring. Sheets with some light stains, small tears, and old restorations. Overall in good condition.
