Lot of four large engravings from the series of six "Les Ports de mer de la France", taken from the paintings by Joseph Vernet commissioned by King Louis XV
Etching and engraving, approx. 620 x 890 mm (each sheet). Edition of the Chalcographie du Louvre (post 1930).

Fine impressions on unlaid Arches paper. Two sheets with blind stamps from Chalcographie du Louvre (Lugt 1695a). Overall in excellent condition, except for uniform browning and the stains on the right margin of Le port de Rochefort.
