To be bound. Folio (approx. 455 × 287 mm). 17 plates: pictorial title page, 2 text plates (reader’s notice and index), and 14 plates depicting skeletons in academic poses, engraved by Jacques Gabriel Huquier (1695-1772) after drawings by Bouchardon.

Printed on laid paper with watermark. Sheets slightly browned, with some stains and light foxing. The index has a loss at the center. Plate no. 3 with a loss along the entire right margin, restored. Plate no. 7 with a small loss at the right margin, repaired. Overall in very good condition.
