Lot of 4 solid silver Sardinian Crosses

Weight: 71,3 g.
Including four types of pectoral or rosary crosses, all in the Latin cross form, featuring different depictions of the religious scene of the Crucified Christ, with the Corpus Christi at the center, represented according to the Christus Patiens (Suffering Christ) iconography. In some crosses, the head is bowed to the right, while in others it is turned upward. The details on all the crosses are poorly visible due to use and the passage of time.
All four crosses feature additional decorations. The first cross bears, above the horizontal arm, a double-pendant element with two pierced oval medallions, each with a stylized figure at the center. The second and fourth crosses are flanked by two pairs of cherubs and both display a double-pendant element with two oval medallions depicting the Pietà, with the Virgin holding Christ in her arms. The third cross, however, lacks these pendant elements, probably lost over time, but it mirrors the same depiction as the second and fourth crosses, with two cherubs placed on the right and left.
