antique necklace in Victorian or Edwardian style, decorated with garnets and pearls, featuring a festoon or "lavalier" design, popular in the late 19th and early 20th centuries.
The necklace features a thin chain structure with curved and articulated sections, adorned with individual set garnets and small teardrop pendants. The centrepiece is more elaborate, with clusters of garnets, pearls and small pendants that swing freely.
