Bronze and marble clock, 19th century

Height x diameter: 46 x 26 cm.
neoclassical mantel clock with green marble body, embellished with a patinated bronze case in the shape of a crater decorated with dancing figures in high relief, inspired by the famous Borghese vase. Circular marble dial with Roman numerals, gilded bronze bezel and signed "F. Barbedienne" in the center of the dial.
