Polychrome glazed ceramic plate, Iznik, Turkey, 17th century

Height x diameter: 6 x 30 cm.
elegant plate decorated with floral motifs typical of Ottoman Iznik production: tulips, carnations, and stylized rosettes painted in cobalt blue, turquoise, green, and ochre on a white background. Perimeter band with wavy and abstract motifs.
