Trumeau city of Verona, Italy, Verona, 18th century

Height x width x depth: 270 x 131.5 x 60 cm.
rare and imposing walnut burl veneered trumeau, mid-18th century, with a curved front and double-curved sides. The upper part has a mirrored top framed by moldings, topped by a carved and gilded cornice with an oval painted reserve. The lower part has a flap concealing drawers and internal compartments, with a plinth base. Handles and vents in chiseled and gilded bronze.
