Colonial Ministry official's sword, first half of the 20th century
Beautiful sword with lion's head hilt, mother-of-pearl cheekpieces, and a pelta decorated with the Savoy shield. It comes with a leather scabbard with gold-plated metal inserts. It is in excellent condition. It is freely available for sale because, in addition to being a ceremonial object, it is missing its sharpening edge and point.
