Battle flag of the 19th Eritrean colonial era.
Made of rough fabric, probably linen, with four alternating green and blue horizontal sections. The numerals XIX are hand-stitched.
Side straps to allow attachment to the flagpole.
There are some scattered marks, the flag is in excellent condition.
