A pair of ivory wax seals, France, 19th century

The former has a slender silhouette with slightly flattened sides at the top, while the latter is distinguished by a regular cylindrical shape, devoid of flattening.
In both cases, the lower part of the handles is decorated with a series of concentric circles that give rhythm and momentum to the lines.
The bases of the seals, with a smooth stepped shape, are gilded.
The matrices of the seals are made of glass paste: green for the first specimen, white for the second, and feature heraldic engravings or monograms, indicating their personal and prestigious purpose.
