An Italian solid silver Thurible, Turin (?), 18th century

Height x width x depth: 25 x 14 x 14 cm. Weight: approx. 620 g.
entirely embossed, chiselled and openwork, circular base with foliate decoration, cylindrical body bordered at the top by a band adorned with doublets alternating with rosettes and decorated with water leaves at the bottom. Stepped lid with festoons of garlands and glass paste final.

Hallmarked with a barely visible mark, possibly identifiable with the marks in use in Turin in the 18th century.
