Resting on three stylised lion feet, round in shape, decorated with plant and geometric motifs, with an acorn-shaped handle.
allmarked with the mark used by the guild of goldsmiths of Naples for a silver fineness of 834/1000, 1808-1823, with the mark ‘RM’ in an oval outline, corresponding to an unidentified silversmith, previously found on a pair of candlesticks from the same period in Teano, near the convent of Santa Caterina.
