elegant burnished bronze sculpture, lost wax casting, depicting Paolina Borghese, Napoleon's sister, reclining on a triclinium in a classical pose, according to the neoclassical iconography of Venus Victrix (Antonio Canova, commissioned by Camillo Borghese in 1805).
