From a series of six, consisting of a title page and five subjects numbered 1 to 5, Opere di Polidoro da Caravaggio disegnate e intagliate da Gio. Battista Galestruzzi pittore fiorentino.
Fine impressions on laid paper. Three examples with small margins beyond the platemark; the example of Niobe Adored at the Altar is trimmed to the platemark, with a loss on the right side and formerly backed. Overall in very good condition, except for some traces of soiling. All four mounted on support sheets with the collector’s stamp of Georg Denzel (1873–1959) (not in Lugt).
