a) cylindrical in shape, made of 800/1000 silver, hallmarked “H. PFAFF - 800 - 2187”; by silversmith Heinrich (or Hermann) Pfaff, a German silversmith active between the late 19th and early 20th centuries.

b) cylindrical inkwell, sterling silver (925/1000), flully hallmarked with the marks in use in London in 1903–1904.
Dimensions: 10.8 x 6 x 4.4 cm, gross weight 134 g, net weight 84 g.
