Engraving, 390 × 280 mm. One of Agostino’s most celebrated works, published shortly after his death in an unfinished state, and later completed and reprinted by Francesco Brizio in its finished state. Third state of 4. Bartsch XVIII.75.75; Bohlin 213.

Very fine, sharp impression, printed on laid paper. Sheet with narrow margins beyond the platemark. Backed with thin Japanese paper, with a long tear at the level of Saint Jerome’s head, very well repaired.
