A grand department store occupies the corner of your modular street in this 2,154-piece set with 7 minifigures. Revolving doors lead into a clothing department, with brick-built escalators continuing to housewares and a top-floor toy department beneath a chandelier.

The window mannequins hide an ingenious building trick: ordinary minifigure heads are turned backwards to create blank display faces. A fitting room and miniature toys add further character to the shopping scene. Retired in 2014, Grand Emporium brings both architectural grandeur and playful retail detail to the early Modular Buildings collection.
