A clock tower, columned entrance and working lift give this 2,733-piece Town Hall with 8 minifigures the presence of a civic landmark. Within the Modular Buildings collection, it provides a formal centre for the surrounding shops and homes.

The façade’s “1891” carries a double reference: it marks LEGO founder Ole Kirk Christiansen’s birth year, while rearranging the digits to “1981” gives designer Astrid Graabæk’s birth year. This personal signature adds another layer to the architecture. Retired in 2014 after less than three years on sale, Town Hall is a compelling acquisition for collectors tracing the modular series’ early history.
