A marriage proposal unfolds over dinner while an artist works beneath the roof: this 2,449-piece set with 5 minifigures builds several small stories into one Parisian address. The restaurant, upstairs apartment and attic studio give each floor its own character.

Some of its cleverest construction is hidden in plain sight. White croissants, shells and feathers become ornate stonework, transforming everyday accessories into convincing architectural decoration. Terraces and an exterior staircase break up the façade, adding depth to a connected modular street. Now retired, Parisian Restaurant offers collectors a distinctive example of the Modular Buildings collection’s blend of inventive construction and visual storytelling.
