Fan designers Grant Davis and Jason Allemann transformed the magic of paper pop-up books into a working LEGO mechanism. This 841-piece set with 5 minifigures opens to reveal either Grandmother’s cottage from Little Red Riding Hood or the towering stalk from Jack and the Beanstalk, with interchangeable scenery that folds away as the covers close.

The creators receive a particularly fitting tribute: “Davis” and “Allemann” appear on the front cover like the authors of a real book. Released as LEGO’s first official buildable pop-up book, it combines fairy-tale storytelling with the mechanical ingenuity also seen in Allemann’s earlier Maze. Now retired, it makes an unusual display piece whose best feature is revealed every time it opens.

New and sealed. May show minor signs of shelf wear.
