The LEGO Group

48 x 26 x 10 cm

Behind its icing–covered appearance, this gingerbread house hides an unusual purpose: it is a reusable Advent calendar, with 24 compartments and miniature builds for the countdown to Christmas. The 1,449–piece set with 4 minifigures turns a festive decoration into a daily building ritual.

The surprises also look back through LEGO history, making the calendar a celebration of the company’s creations as well as the season. Issued as the 2023 employee gift, it belongs to the special releases produced outside the ordinary retail range. Its combination of elaborate packaging, seasonal display and small discoveries gives collectors something more personal than a conventional Christmas model.
