The Black Falcons return in a snow–covered stronghold designed by LEGO fan SleeplessNight. Mountain Fortress draws on the visual identity of classic Castle sets, expanding it into a substantial medieval building whose towers and walls rise from a rugged winter landscape.

One architectural detail makes that connection especially clear: the yellow section above the entrance recalls the celebrated Black Falcon’s Fortress of 1986. Released through Series 1 of the BrickLink Designer Program, the model reached its maximum allocation of 30,000 copies during crowdfunding. It brings together two generations of building: the heraldry and memories of classic Castle, interpreted through an ambitious contemporary fan design.
