Crespina centerpiece,, Deruta, first quarter of the 17th century

in compendiary ceramics. Mixtilinear edge with pods that start from the rim and reach the center of the plate. Central part raised from the ceramic body and ring-shaped support foot on a short neck. Winged putto decoration in the colors manganese brown, cobalt blue, antimony yellow and orange on a white background, with a stylised floral belt between the raised edge and the base of the plate.
