Height x width x depth: 218 x 60 x 30 cm.
cherry plated pine case, circular brass and silver dial signed Robert Smith Irven, with Arabic and Roman numerals, subsidiary dials. Pendulum regulator and hour and half-hour strike on bell.
Robert Smith was working in Irvine in 1820; one of his tower clocks is housed in Bute Museum, 7 Stuart St, Rothesay, Isle of Bute.
