LEGO 21037 – LEGO House (Billund, Denmark), 2017

Signed by LEGO designer Rok Žgalin Kobe on the LEGO House’s opening day, 28 September 2017, this sealed example connects the architectural model directly to the inauguration of the building it celebrates. The signature gives the box particular significance as a souvenir of that moment in LEGO history.

Originally released exclusively at the LEGO House in Billund, the model recreates its stacked brick-like volumes, colourful roof terraces and outdoor stairways. Its architecture translates the familiar LEGO brick into a full-size visitor attraction, then back into a miniature model—a fitting subject for a designer-signed collectible. A small DUPLO polybag provides a companion souvenir from the attraction.

Included sets: 21037 LEGO House – Billund, Denmark — 774 pieces (26 x 19 x 9 cm), 40297 LEGO House 6 DUPLO Bricks polybag — 6 pieces (19 x 20 x 2.5 cm).

Both items new and sealed. May show minor signs of shelf wear. Box of 21037 signed by Rok Žgalin Kobe on opening day.
