The LEGO Group

26 x 14 x 4.8 cm

A preview of a landmark still under construction, this 246-piece model with 1 minifigure appeared three years before the LEGO House opened its doors. It captures the proposed building’s stacked architectural volumes, preserving an early chapter in the creation of Billund’s “Home of the Brick”.

Its distribution was equally unusual: the set was sold exclusively through local Billund retailers, helping support businesses affected by the construction work. Collectors could therefore build the LEGO House before they could visit it. Now retired, this original 2014 model combines a geographically restricted release with a story rooted in the town itself, making it a meaningful companion to the later 21037 version.

New and sealed. May show minor signs of shelf wear.
