A police headquarters takes to the road in this 363-piece set with 3 minifigures. The articulated truck opens to reveal a surveillance room and holding cell, while its detachable trailer can stand on support legs as a temporary command post.

Among the screens, antenna and satellite dish, the officers have also found room for a coffee machine. LEGO’s original description even suggests that their coffee break might give the prisoner a chance to escape—a small joke that turns the equipment into a story. Now retired, Mobile Police Unit brings a substantial specialist vehicle and an operational base to a growing LEGO City police collection.
