If the purchased item requires any form of ministerial authorisation for export from Italy, processing times will be governed by the Ministry of Culture’s Antiquities Export Office.
The average processing times are approximately 60-90 days for a Free Circulation Certificate (Art. 68) and 30 days for a Self-Certification. The auction house declines responsibility for any delays caused solely by the competent ministerial authorities.
